Parapsychologists Bill Murray, Harold Ramis and Dan Aykroyd start Ghostbusters, a company that traps ghosts, spirits and other supernatural specters for money. Business starts to pick up when Sigourney Weaver notices strange phenomena in her apartment’s kitchen, such as eggs frying themselves. When the situation escalates, the Ghostbusters are called upon to save the Big Apple.

Murnau reinvents the story of Dracula as a silent German Expressionist fable and the result is one of the greatest horror films ever made. Max Schreck is astonishingly creepy as the vampire, and Murnau's frames ooze eerie atmosphere in this hugely influential tale.

Ichthyologist Dr. David Reed (Richard Carlson) leads a team of scientists on an expedition up the Amazon River to hunt for fossils linking prehistoric land and sea mammals. But the murky waters of the region’s Black Lagoon hide more than old bones; an amphibious gill-man rises from the depths to attack the researchers. Like King Kong, the creature is captured, escapes and sets his sights on a beautiful woman - Dr. Reed’s girlfriend, Kay (Julia Adams). The last of the classic Universal movie monsters, CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON was one of the studio’s first 3-D features, and remains among the most memorable horror films of the 1950s.

Eva Green (1980):	A French actress, raised in Paris and living partly in London. She has been noted by Vogue for her "killer looks, intelligence and modesty", and described by The Independent as "gothic, quirky, and sexy". The daughter of actress Marlène Jobert, Green performed in theatre before making her film debut in The Dreamers (2003), which generated controversy over her numerous nude scenes. She achieved greater fame for her parts in Kingdom of Heaven (2005), and in the 2006 James Bond film Casino Royale, for which she won a BAFTA. She has also modeled for numerous brands.

Edie Falco (1963):	An American television, film and stage actress, known for her lead role as Carmela Soprano on the HBO series The Sopranos. Falco was born in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of Judith Anderson, an actress, and Frank Falco, a jazz drummer. Her father is Italian American and her mother Swedish American.. She was raised in Northport and West Islip, on Long Island. She has an adopted son named Anderson Falco and an adopted daughter named Macy Falco. Her first big break in films was a small speaking role in the 1994 Woody Allen film Bullets Over Broadway. Her friendship with former SUNY Purchase classmate Eric Mendelsohn, who was the assistant to Allen's costume designer, Jeffrey Kurland, helped her to be cast in the role. Mendelsohn would go on to direct Falco in his feature film Judy Berlin, for which he won "Best Director" honors at the Sundance Film Festival. In 2003, Edie was diagnosed with breast cancer, which she subsequently survived. She chose not to make the news public for approximately one year.

Huey Lewis (1950):	An American musician who rose to fame in the eighties, releasing 17 Top 40 singles with his band "The News." Lewis originally started out in music in the country group "Clover." Longing to play good old-fashioned rock and roll, Lewis helped form the group "American Express," which later came to be "Huey Lewis and The News." In 1982, the group released the album, "Picture This," but it was their next release, "Sports," that made Lewis a superstar. "Sports" went 7-times platinum, and included the Top 10 hits "Heart and Soul" and "The Heart of Rock & Roll." Lewis then recorded the number 1 single, "The Power of Love," for the film, Back To The Future, and went on to release another number 1 single, "Stuck With You," in 1986. The band released "Plan B" in 2001 - its first album of new material in ten years. Huey and the band are on tour this summer.

Katherine Helmond (1933):	An actress who was the sexy grandmother, Mona Robinson, on the ‘80s hit sitcom, "Who’s The Boss" (1984-92) and who currently appears in a guest role as Debra's mother, Lois, on "Everybody Loves Raymond." Helmond began her career on the New York stage and earned a Tony nomination in 1973, for her performance in "The Great God Brown." While Helmond may be best known for her role as Jessica Tate on the sitcom, "Soap" (1977-81), she has also appeared in TV movies such as "The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman" (1974), "Getting Married" (1978), "Rosie: The Rosemary Clooney Story" (1982), "Deception: A Mother’s Secret" (1991), "Mr. St. Nick" (2002), "Beethoven's 5th" (2003) and the film, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, in 1998.

Jason Dolley (1991):	An American actor. He is best known for his roles on different Disney Channel projects. These include playing Newton "Newt" Livingston III on the Disney Channel Original Series, Cory in the House, Virgil Fox in the Disney Channel Original Movie Minutemen and Pete Ivey in the Disney Channel Original Movie Hatching Pete. He began acting at the age of 11, getting the lead role in the award winning short film entitled Chasing Daylight. He was then cast by director Mel Gibson to be 13-year-old T.J. Savage on the ABC TV series Complete Savages. After Complete Savages was cancelled, he starred in the film Saving Shiloh as Marty Preston, in the DCOM Read it and Weep as Connor Kennedy and in the film The Air I Breathe as a young Pleasure. In 2006, Dolley appeared in Duracell's commercial "Trusted Everywhere" Campaign "Amazon". Dolley was part of the Yellow team in the second edition of the Disney Channel Games, broadcasted in summer 2007. In 2008, he was in the third edition of the Disney Channel Games on the Green Team.

Ryan Hansen (1980):	An American actor, most well known for having portrayed Dick Casablancas on Veronica Mars and Nolan on Friday the 13th. Hansen was born and raised in San Diego, California, but has since moved with his wife Amy to L.A. Hansen began acting with guest starring roles on series such as Grounded for Life, That's So Raven, and Las Vegas. In 2004, Hansen auditioned for the role of Duncan Kane on Veronica Mars but lost out to Teddy Dunn. However, Rob Thomas told him to try out for the role of Dick Casablancas. Ryan is involved in the campaign Invisible Children. In 2008, Hansen appeared in Superhero Movie, released on March 28. Also in 2008, Hansen appeared in the CCT original musical Alice as Trevor McKnight/ White Night. The show opened on July 31st and ran through August 10th, in San Diego.
