April 30, 2009 PARAMOUNT PICTURES GRAUMANS CHINESE THEATRE, HOLLYOOD CA Paramount Pictures held the Los Angeles Premiere of STAR TREK today at the Grauman’s Chinese Theater. This STAR TREK is a prequel and tells the incredible story of a young crew’s maiden voyage onboard the most advanced starship ever created - the U.S.S. Enterprise. The journey that these new recruits take is filled with action, comedy and cosmic peril. They must find a way to stop an evil being whose mission of vengeance threatens all of mankind. And boldly go where no one has gone before. This premiere has to be one of the biggest premieres so far for 2009 and one of the most anticipated. Fans of STAR TREK lined Hollywood Boulevard, which was closed from Orange to Highland, and the fans that were lucky got to sit in bleachers behind the photographers.
